Standard treks & group departures
More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus processing fee. 15–30 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: no refund, but you may transfer to a future batch subject to availability.
Safari & leisure packages
Hotel and permit costs are non-refundable within 21 days of travel. We will always try to reschedule before applying penalties.
Force majeure
If a trip is cancelled by Imagine India due to weather, safety, or government restrictions, you receive a full credit or refund.
